Before saying good night i would like to share you the health mix recipe which cause the ultimate calm sleep.These are the ingredients

1.Javathri/Mace-3 to 4

2.Kasakasa/Poppy seed-50g

3.Elachi/Cardamom-5

4.Turmeric powder-1tblspoon

5.Jadhikkai/Nutmeg-1

6.Milagu/Peppercorn-10

Make a powder form of all the above ingredients without roasting and boil with milk and add sugar or palm sugar.you will have good sleep.

DIY(Herbal bathing powder/Nalangu maavu)

wah!! Being my first post its lilt exciting..but happy to share you all a very organic bathing powder 

I'v e prepared by myself today.so without any further ado we will jump into the preparation method 

1.Green gram(500gm)-As a base for the bathing powder Green gram rejuvenates your skin by nourishing and exfoliating it.It removes the dead skin cells and brighten up the texture of the skin.It is rich in vitamins A and C that helps in giving a healthy glow the skin.

2.Kichili kizhangu/white turmeric(100)- It makes your skin smooth and blemish free and it act as a natural scrub and it delays the aging.

3.Kora kizhangu/Cyperus Rotundus/Nagarmotha(50g)-It has anti bacterial properties and anti inflammatory aspects.

4. Kasturi manjal/Wild turmeric(100g)- It has acne and wrinkle free skin along with anti bacterial agents.it prevents unwanted hair.and prevents getting tanned.

5.Vendhayam/Fenugreek/ Methi(50g)-Its a cooling agent and it moisturizes skin.

6.Orange peel(100g)- It is considered as a boon for face and skin care as it cures blackheads dead-cells, acne, pores, blemishes, dark circles, dry skin.

7.vettiver/khus(50g)-It has the ability to disappearance of scars,acne and has cooling properties with the amazing fragrance.

8.Rose petals(50g)-It relaxes the body, reduce stress and promote glowing skin. 

9.Avarampoo/Ranawara(100g)-It improves the skin complexion.
